Over the past days, we have received many messages from users unable to purchase iDatabase on iPhone and iPad.
First of all, we want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
The current iOS version contains a bug that can prevent in-app purchase options from appearing correctly, making it impossible for some users to complete a purchase. The good news is that the issue has already been fixed internally. The corrected version of iDatabase has been submitted to Apple several days ago and is currently waiting for App Store review approval. Unfortunately, we do not have any way to speed up or influence the review process, and we also cannot know exactly when the update will be examined and approved.
Unlike on macOS, there is no possibility to distribute an iPhone or iPad app outside of the App Store. This means that even though the corrected version is already ready, we must wait for the App Store review process before the fix can reach users. We completely understand how frustrating this situation is, especially for users who have been using iDatabase for years and simply want to continue using the app normally. We truly appreciate your patience and support while we wait for the update to be approved.
Thank you for staying with us.
