Troubleshooting

The program don't keep the registration code
In one of the previous versions of the program there was a bug that prevented to register the application with some particular system configurations. Whether the program forgot you entered the registration code, do as follows:

Quit the program if it is running, and delete the folder located at:

/Users/<you>/Library/Preferences/Apimac/ApplicationName/
/Users/<you>/Library/Application Support/Apimac/ApplicationName/

Download the latest version of the program from this page.
Launch the program in order to recreate from scratch the resources it needs.
